Development Milestone: Timeline/Transport

I'm delighted to announce that the first major category of development in the Lapis Road Map is now checked off! I've completed all the pieces needed to populate a fixed timeline of events and schedule playback, either standalone or in sync with timecode (MTC or LTC). There are a few loose ends to tie up later on, but the core functionality is in place and functioning.
